Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

InMotion Hosting is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive communications and conversations with customers through all stages including onboarding, engagement, growth, and retention. This role will create and deliver content at the right time, through the right channel, and to the right customer to drive revenue. The LCM team supports the infrastructure to create a highly personalized and automated experience for all customers.  This is a brand new position for InMotion so we need someone who can help us set up best practices within the Lifecycle Marketing area and act as a subject matter expert to the rest of the team. Location: This position is available on a permanently remote basis within the United States. What You’ll Do:

• Have a deep understanding of the InMotion Hosting product suite to create campaigns supporting product awareness and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to implement communication, including email campaigns, and plan strategic touchpoints with new and existing customers.  
• Proactively expand knowledge on customer experience methods and strategies to build engagement, retention, and growth in customer adoption.
• Oversee messaging and strategy for email campaigns within customer dashboards.
