About the role

Then you're in the right place! The role: Inpay is recruiting a new Banking Support Specialist to join our Network Banking Support Unit. The Network Support Unit manages Inpay's partner banks around the world in relation to setting up the accounts (applications), completion of KYC reviews, document handling, managing contractual agreements and Service Level Agreements, acting as an escalation point on relationship problems/payments issues and any ad hoc operational issues. This function will report directly to the Team Lead, Network Support based at our Copenhagen office.
