Operations Coordinator

We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome things.  We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our highly collaborative and motivated Product organization and specifically support major initiatives and projects, communications, and events.  You will partner closely with the Chief Product Officer and Product leadership and play a key role in cultivating a healthy operating rhythm of the Product organization.

• Serve as project management support for major initiatives that sit above the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Support Product leadership with meeting presentations, standardized decks for routine communications, and other presentation-level documentation
• Support department communications by organizing talking points and crafting drafts 
• Coordinate community-based communications on defined, standard cadences - our external roadmap, Community blog posts - and collect engagement metrics to optimize future writing
• Organize the development and ongoing socialization of key departmental reports
