Job Summary: The Resource Manager is responsible for managing resourcing of all booked and opportunity stage projects across Professional Services. This position requires that the individual be the liaison among the Professional Services department leaders and Revenue Operations as it relates to resourcing across all work. The Resource Manager also works closely with Finance, Talent and Culture, and Recruitment to manage department census and facilitate appropriate staffing across the department based on aggregate understanding of project requirements.
