What is a Control Tower? ​In simple words, it is essentially having a bird’s eye view of the entire goods flow, giving us the ability to make faster, smarter and better decisions at every stage.  What is the purpose of the Control Tower? ​It monitors and manages all goods flow activities that occur throughout the supply chain network in real-time. The main purpose is to optimize the supply chain goods flow processes by providing an end-to-end visibility and we proactively respond to challenges which will support us to reduce costs and increase efficiency. ​ ​You see things a little differently.
