Designer & Content Creator

Interweave is looking for a Designer & Content Creator, a design Thinker, to think and produce content across platforms and channels. You will collaborate with creatives, strategists and marketers and build with them great brand experiences online and offline. Our goal, and part of your job, is to create visual worlds, highly engaging, which will exceed client expectations and objectives. You will have the opportunity to work along with Interweavers, clients and brands across different countries and regions. Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into visual communication, using an innovating, high-aesthetic and functional way
• Develop creative ideas and pixel perfect design
• Visualization of social media content and social media concepts
• Understand a brand’s brief, strategy and overall needs, in order to provide the right design solution to each requirement
• Be up-to-date on new formats and trends on all social media platforms
• Be flexible and curious to explore new ways of creating content
• Brainstorm with insight and empathy to help solve problems in awesome and compelling ways
• Collaborate with internal teams, as well as, client teams when necessary
• Effectively articulate the reasons for every decision in your design and how they enhance the brand values
