About the role
Hei 👋 Join the joyful team of night workers and be a backbone to our Australian customers. Key responsibilities: ● Identifying customers' needs and advising them on the best solution ● Professional and fast customer service in English by phone, chat and e-mail ● Creating new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones You are successful in this role by having: 🔻 Very good self-expression and communication skills in English, both spoken and written 🔻 Willingness to work at night (8-hour shifts) 🔻 Previous experience in communicating with customers
