About the role
Hey, IPF Digital is offering a challenging and exciting role for a CRM Specialist. You will work as part of HUB CRM Team and will support and work closely together with different country managers, mainly EE and FI, to develop and implement customer communication, marketing strategies and advertising trough different channels. Key responsibilities in the role:
- CRM (Marketing Cloud)
- Target audience’s segmentation
- SQL skills
- Marketing Automation
- SMS and E-mail implementation and sending (E-mail and SMS marketing)
- Setting up automated communication and customer journeys
