Build Strategy • Lead the collection, measurement, analysis and reporting of user web actions and behavioural data across relevant business units. Coordinate • Collaborate with internal resources – business stakeholders, IT developers, legal department and marketing teams to ensure proper tracking, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and refine obsolete implementation. • Work with various external vendors – tool and service providers, digital media and conversion optimization agencies. Execute • Drive the combining of external data sources with internal, creating a full customers journey overview. • Together with DW developers, own and manage a dashboard solution for marketing communication analysis and effectiveness evaluation purposes. Analyse • Discover and distribute data and insights to relevant parties to help drive business decisions. • Identify, and monitor key performance indicators. • Together with external support provide ad-hoc reporting for digital and traditional channels.
