Customer Support Specialist: Your Dream Work Environment

Your job will be to answer customer questions and help them with various issues. You’ll be responding to customers in writing. We don’t offer phone or live chat support. Some support tickets will cover administrative issues (for example, billing or accessing the courses), while others might ask for advice on using a specific photography technique. We strive for a healthy work-life balance for all our team members. But we’ll sometimes need your help to answer a limited number of high-priority support tickets during the weekend.
