Ready to press play on potential?  Let’s start with the role: Our global Learning & Development team is responsible for onboarding, upskilling and reskilling of our 2600+ employees across all our global locations. This role will  be responsible for the smooth onboarding of our new joiners, touching upon various steps of their employee lifecycle.  As a Learning  & Development Specialist you will:

• Create, curate, and enforce clear policies, processes, activities, and materials for a seamless onboarding experience for new Kaizeners.
• Manage all aspects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery, including handbooks, manuals, welcome communications, and introductions.
