We in the Rewards and People Operations team are responsible for a range of people-related processes and activities, including people administration, payroll, employee rewards, wage cost planning, and people data analytics.   We strive for effective and efficient people operations processes that also foster a positive employee experience and satisfaction. We also serve as a center of expertise for employee rewards workforce planning and provide data and insights in people-related areas.

• Drawing on your previous HR tech expertise, you'll monitor HRIS trends and contribute to the development of our HR tooling strategy.
• You will create and own the delivery of our HRIS roadmap, ensuring alignment with related teams' needs and business goals.
• You'll represent our HRIS in cross-functional projects and support initiatives driven by HR needs.
• You'll perform HR data maintenance processing tasks, providing guidance to colleagues and improving our data maintenance processes.
