Reporting to the Director, GTM HRBPs, this individual will partner with the Marketing & GTM Operations teams to drive global, strategic people initiatives across all levels in the organization. Specifically, the primary stakeholders for the Sr HRBP will be Klaviyo’s Chief Marketing Officer and the SVP of GTM Operations. They will be a sounding board and thought partner, coaching GTM executives and senior leaders, and act as a trusted advisor to the business.
