About the role

Location: Winchester with regular travel to other sites
Salary: Circa £65,000 + car allowance & enhanced benefits package

Our exciting plans have enabled us to create a brand new opportunity for an experienced Special Projects Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. About the role As Special Projects Manager you will be part of our development team overseeing and coordinating a number of projects of maximum value £500k to achieve company aims, satisfying multiple internal stakeholders and our customers via excellent communication, quality and delivery standards. You will be required to be the lead manager, liaising directly with all contractors, external consultants, suppliers and colleagues to see all projects through to completion and handover within set timescales and budgets ensuring at all times minimum disruption to our customers.
