CRM Intern

To help us on this mission, we’re looking for an exceptional CRM Intern to join the Customer Experience team. You must have the possibility of an agreement with a school/study center in Spain.

As a CRM Intern, you will play a key role in assisting the CRM in the different phases of campaign delivery (definition, execution, monitorization & analysis).

• Assist in building, developing, and executing marketing promotional and editorial campaigns in our Marketing Automation platform (Braze).
• Learn to implement tests (A/B or with control group) in the system and assist in ensuring that these tests are followed up on, and learnings are documented for implementation in future campaigns.
• Support in managing the quality assurance processes for email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging by verifying that the copy, images, and links are functional and effective.
• Aid in monitoring communications, assisting with error handling, and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
