Implementation Project Manager (EE)

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be part of a talented team of Implementation Specialists and Managers to deliver a world-class onboarding program for new Linnworks customers. • Lead implementation projects and manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the application of resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Work directly with Implementation Team Leads and members across the business to build and execute the initiatives of onboarding programs.
• Serve as the lead point of contact to set and maintain expectations throughout the implementation process.
• Track project budget and timelines, reporting back, and maintaining up-to-date information related to the project for management.
• Attend on-site customer onboarding when necessary.
• Provide key insights and solutions to company management to ensure continuous improvement.
