Your impact and responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

Collect and analyze data related to Customer Office metrics, such as customer satisfaction, churn rates, utilization etc.
Use data modeling and visualization skills to create models, charts and graphs to effectively communicate complex data sets to business stakeholders
Create dashboards and presentations to communicate results of key KPI’s to measure business performance
Document existing operational processes, creating detailed process maps and workflows and updating them as processes evolve
