Be the one in the leadership team to set the HR strategic direction and translate these strategies into effective organizational plans to ensure employee recruitment, engagement, and retention In this role, you'll: 🚀 Collaborate with team leads to resolve everyday issues - advise them on staffing, organizational structure, performance improvement processes, compensation, and other people related processes 🚀 Lead organizational compliance with labor and employment law issues and requirements Requirements: ✅3+ years of experience with HR functions, 5+ years of professional experience in general ✅Startup/scale-up experience is required, B2B SaaS industry knowledge is considered a remarkable advantage ✅Higher education in business administration
