About the role
Hello! In this role, you'll: 🚀Demonstrate technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer training, technical onboarding, RFPs, and RFIs by asking educated questions and giving knowledge answers and more 🚀 Help Sales and Customer Success to understand the processes, pains, needs, and wishes of prospects and customers 🚀 Along with Sales, Customer Success and tech support, communicate with prospects and customers via email, chat or video calls Requirements: ✅Strong written and verbal communication skills in English ✅1+ year Technical Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/IT ✅Project management or software engineering experience Prior experience in a client-facing role ✅Experience in a client-facing role Should we talk?
