About the role

In this role, you'll: 🚀 Assist customers from all around the world in questions regarding our services via the in-web support chat 🚀 Provide excellent customer support by identifying customers’ needs and solving tasks with an individual approach 🚀 Ensure that conversations are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner 🚀 Communicate with other internal teams to find a solution for more specific requests sent by customers Requirements: ✅Experience in IT product or service remote support (L2) ✅Solid technical knowledge relevant for SaaS or software specifics and infrastructure, for example, API, CLI, application configuration, data integration ✅Experience with different file formats used in localization is considered a remarkable advantage
