We are in search of a versatile Technical Solutions Manager to lead our efforts in pre-sales consultations and the seamless execution of project implementations. This role is crucial for engaging with clients during the sales phase, clarifying their technical queries, and ensuring a consistent transition to project execution. The ideal candidate will exhibit a solid understanding of our product features, particularly in Acquiring and Banking, paired with project oversight capabilities and stellar client engagement skills.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries in the pre-sales phase, ensuring clients' technical needs and requirements are thoroughly addressed
• Champion the understanding and articulation of key product features, bridging the gap between client expectations and our service delivery
• Facilitate seamless project implementations, ensuring projects are delivered timely, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality client experience
