Content Designer (Temporary contract)

As Content designer you will be responsible for building the best service design and creation of outstanding user experience in digital channels solutions in all Luminor’s customer segments. In this role you will collaborate with Content Creation team, and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure emails, banner creation, ensure timely campaign information update on product pages.  What You Will Do:

• Create, edit, and proofread content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and consistent across all channels where content is used
• Create the E2E experience for the customers (content creation, landing page creation, etc)
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor content, and customer feedback to ensure content is relevant, timely, and meets the needs of our clients. Conduct user and market research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points within the Baltic banking sector and incorporate these insights into content creation
