Scrum Master will be aiming to provide great internal customer experience, make the best use of IT resources and capabilities available and contribute to building competitive advantages for Luminor through effective delivery process. We are looking for one Scrum Master for each area:

• Lending area
• Daily Banking area
• Business Support area What You Will Do:
• Ensure team efficiency: work closely with squad lead, product owners, developers, infra SMEs and other stakeholders to optimize team efficiency, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative working environment. Ensure that the team follows established processes and procedures, focusing on compliance with the Agile (Scrum) framework
• Facilitate Scrum events: facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, Sprint planning sessions)
• Ensure high quality of documentation: be responsible for JIRA quality assurance (quality of user stories, content of a backlog, user story statuses etc.), providing guidance to the team for improvements
