Team Lead, Daily Banking Processing

In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality and efficient execution of back-office processes related to daily banking area (accounts, cards) product processing. Additionally, you will be leading a team of employees and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders to communicate and evaluate performance results leading to clear, actionable decisions. What You Will Do:

• Ensure your team's KPIs are achieved and organize work in a way that enables an efficient combination of automation with work carried out by employees. 
• Ensure smooth execution of defined services with high quality and efficiency in accordance to SLAs across functional areas. 
• Ensure proper risk management within responsible area, while maximizing value generated to the customers.
• Proactively identify process improvement possibilities and drive development initiatives, leading to best in class operational excellence. Take an active role in continuous improvement of end-to-end processes and relevant systems in respective functional area, participate in projects as a counterparty to Product & Offering, both locally and on pan-Baltic level.
