Global Head of Compliance

In this role, you will be located in our flagship office in Copenhagen and sit with the banking function which currently consists of 40+ skilled team members. In this role, you will:

• Guide a team of compliance professionals, instilling a high-performance mindset and fostering professional growth.
• Steer the helm of compliance across all our operations, conducting the annual risk analysis and overseeing compliance activities.
• Serve as the linchpin for compliance matters related to credit, consumer protection, investment, marketing, product development, and governance.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Chief Risk Officer, ensuring seamless interaction between the business and second-line functions.
