About the Role As the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Lyra’s global total rewards strategy. This role is built for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
