The Team: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and they come from a variety of industries and different backgrounds. No prior automation experience is needed to use Make. As a Customer Care Specialist you will act as an automation expert to guide and educate our customers in order to help them grow and expand their business with Make. You will be in the frontline helping our customers resolve any issues that they might have when it comes to using the platform. You will be dealing with a variety of inquiries ranging from highly technical to understanding the basic tools and features Make has to offer.
