Under the USAID/Georgia Collaborating, Capacity, Learning, and Adapting (CCLA) Activity, USAID has requested support for a broad range of data generation and synthesis, collaborating, learning, and adaptation (CLA), capacity strengthening, and organizational development services that will support the achievement of USAID’s development objectives. The purpose of this activity is to enable data-driven decision-making; institutional capacity development; and evidence-based CLA within and amongst USAID/Georgia and its implementing and strategic partners to improve program management and development impact in Georgia. This position is contingent upon winning a contract award.Role and Tasks The Chief of Party will be responsible for the strategic vision, technical leadership, and overall management of the CCLA Activity. They must work collaboratively with USAID Mission staff, implementing partners, and other stakeholders to provide fast, flexible, robust, and rigorous services across monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), CLA, capacity strengthening, and organizational development services.
