About the role Matillion is built around small development teams with responsibility for specific themes and initiatives. Each team is a mix of engineers with various levels of skills and experience. The Staff Quality Engineer role assumes a senior position within the team, providing advanced technical guidance and extensive experience in embedding quality checks across the entire development lifecycle of software tools and applications. The primary objective is to optimise service delivery by ensuring efficiency, control, and high quality at every stage. We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where Matillioners work 2 days a week in our Madrid office. Our core day is Wednesday,
