Middle IVR Developer

We`re looking for a Middle Genesys IVR Developer to join our team, who will help us working on solutions and implementing technologies that will improve user experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop the IVR code from pre-defined requirements.
• Develop, maintain and support complex solution requirements.
• Work with Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI and authentication.
• Participate in troubleshooting issues: analyzing logs and determining root cause.
• Deal with voice and chat bots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities.
