Specification, evaluation and prioritization of functional and technical requirements - internally, as well as with our B2B Partners Helvetia, Credit Suisse and PriceHubble
Creation of user stories and functional concepts, requirement and solution specifications for IT implementation as well as testing of the technical and functional requirements
Supporting the operation of the internal IT systems, customer-facing applications, including first-level support and parametrization for the entire Swiss-wide sales organization
Planning and managing execution for customer-facing portals, real estate advisory tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) features from lead to closing
Planning and managing execution of related offerings to generate holistic user experience.
Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
Aligning the development team on business objectives and onboarding new developers
Close collaboration with group internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, Engineering and UX/UI) to launch digital products
