Imports/Exports Assistant

• Monitor customs activities, ensuring goods are declared accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations
• Custom clearance documentation completion
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements To be successful in this role, you need to possess:
• BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3-4 years in a similar position preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of import-export regulations, customs procedures and international trade practices
• Experience with Microsoft DYNAMICS 365 will be considered a plus
• Excellent command of the MS Ofiice Suite
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data
