Customer Administrator

About the role This role sits within our Customer Sales team and is ideal for anyone who takes pride in offering five-star customer service, and has experience in dealing with admin-based customer service tasks. The successful candidate will be dealing directly with motivated car sellers who have contacted Motorway, guiding them through the necessary steps for getting their car ready for sale, and helping them to get the best deal possible for their car. Working as part of the Customer Sales Administrator team, you will play an integral role in providing full administrative support to the Customer Sales team. • Monitor unassigned tickets and answer general customer queries.
• Seek appropriate and well-informed solutions for customers along their seller journey.
