Job Description

The Help Desk operator is responsible to create and assign tickets to appropriate groups and more specifically:

  • Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users by e-mail,
  • Quality check on tickets
  • Correction of priority and other ticket parameters
  • Reassignment of tickets to correct teams
  • Monitoring ticketing tool
  • Improving documentation related to the process for ticket encoding, monitoring and quality
  • Back up for late shift (in case of people sick – 11h30/20h):
  • Answering phone calls
  • Follow up on tickets
  • Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users by e-mail and phone calls # Qualifications
