Job Description Your main responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst include: - Business analysis report on the current state (as-is) processes and performance baseline of defined IT service operations.

• Prepare documentation to facilitate the problem-solving and decision-making exercise.
• Develop training/support material
• Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material
• Follow-up on deadlines
• Work with the IT Project Manager to review internal processes
• Conduct business analyses and develop implementation plan for improvements in collaboration with the project stakeholders
• Develop performance metrics and reports
• Perform testing activities
• Day-to-day support the customers and the project team   Qualifications Qualifications o    8 years of experience as System/Business Analyst
• Experience in business domains of European Institutions an asset
