A day in the life of a ServiceNow Technical Expert for Large European Institutions Projects.  As a ServiceNow Technical Expert  for Large European Institutions Projects, you will be part of highly skilled agile teams that design, develop, deploy, customize, and support break-through applications for EU institutions.  Your main duties will be:

• Setup, administration and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform  and the ITSM application
• CMDB & Data Quality management
• Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems
• Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades
• Testing of new features, functionalities, and releases
• Liaising with users and customers for incidents and requests
• Liaising with ServiceNow for monitoring the ServiceNow platform and raising incidents to ServiceNow
