Newsecin asuntoliiketoimintayksikössä yli 60 osaajan asuntovuokraustiimimme vastaa tällä hetkellä sijoitusasiakkaidemme noin 35 000 asunnon vuokrauksesta ja käyttöasteesta. Sen lisäksi, että haluamme löytää asunnonhakijoille koteja, haluamme myös palvella sijoitusasiakkaitamme ylittäen heidän odotuksensa. Tässä olemmekin onnistuneet hyvin, ja asuntovuokrauksella onkin ollut tärkeä sija liiketoimintamme kasvussa. Henkilöstö on meille selkeiden prosessien ohella kaikki kaikessa. Tästä kertoo myös tiimimme työntekijöiden minimaalinen vaihtuvuus ja hyvä työtyytyväisyys. Etsimme tiimiimme sopivaa kokoaikaista assistenttia toistaiseksi voimassa olevaan työsuhteeseen. Assistenttina tulet toimimaan tiiviissä yhteistyössä kiinteistöalan eri osaajiemme kanssa. Työpaikkasi on Joensuun toimipisteessä, jossa toimit kokoaikaisena asiakaspalvelijana asuntovuokrauksen Back Office-tiimissämme. Paikkaa hakevilta edellytämme ajokorttia ja omaa autoa, koska yksi tärkeimmistä työtehtävistäsi on asuntojen esittely asuntoa hakeville asiakkaillemme. Assistenttina sinun tehtäväsi on auttaa asunnonhakijoita löytämään itselleen koti. Sovit vuokrauksessamme oleviin asuntoihin näyttöjä asunnoista kiinnostuneiden asiakkaiden kanssa. Itse näytöt tapahtuvat pääasiassa arkisin klo 8–18 välillä, mihin työvuorosikin (7,5h) sijoittuu. Asuntonäyttöjä voi olla tarvittaessa myös viikonloppuisin.
