About the role

We are looking for a Backend Engineer for our functional squads who loves learning new things and facing new challenges but we also value it if you have some deep experience in specific topics such as design systems, scalability, XP practices, web development, etc. At Nextail, you will be part of a cross-functional and autonomous team where you will lead the frontend development of the new modules of our Product. You will collaborate with Product and Design people to build the best user experience for our customers. We love developers with a strong Product and Agile mindset who value good technical practices. Developers who are eager to learn new things and face new challenges of usability and scalability. Developers who enjoy staying close to Production, doing continuous deployment with special care on quality. We are a remote company, but you can also work in the Madrid offices. At the moment, we are only seeking candidates in Europe (UTC+02:00 or similar).Responsibilities:

Join the team responsible for evolving and maintaining the functional modules of the company.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
