About this job: In this role, you will become part of the European Reference Data Pillar. The role is intended to work on simplification, standardization, and convergence across countries/clusters. You will have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement projects, according to the requirements and deliver the expected business impacts. You will be working closely with Data Operations Leader (Reference Data) on compliance-related initiatives and local projects.  Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify areas for improvement in BAU (Business as Usual) processes and drive convergence of processes and tools 
• Identify and implement solutions that translate into standardization and process efficiency while balancing local BAU needs 
• Evaluate, develop, and implement policies and procedures, mapping business processes, capturing and sharing best practices between the respective countries and regions 
• Facilitate and organize improvement and problem-solving workshops, brainstorming with stream members
