Process Development Expert

About Job: Drive and support business transformation by leveraging deep subject matter expertise in respective Operations areas, keeping the end customer and end-to-end process in mind. You will be a Special Point of Contact for technical and system-related queries and concerns raised by the Delivery/Execution/Nielsen Operations Community (NOC)/ Receiver Operator Characteristic (ROC) teams and for queries and concerns related to new processes and products. Responsibilities:

• Continuously seek for automation opportunities, deploy automation & innovation initiatives
• Engage with Product Leadership (PL) & Tecnology (Tech), Data Science on tools requirements, tools design, testing and sign off.
• Serve as a change agent to improve business processes and implement changes.
• Actively support new (global, regional) business initiatives
• Lead / Support growth and regional initiatives in the NOC in close alignment with Enablement / Activation / Innovation.
• Define, maintain and improve global SOP/Guidelines.
• Actively support end user / execution team knowledge grow by providing training, documentation and by creating other learning opportunities
