Senior Manager Internal Audit - Job Summary The Senior Manager Internal audit is expected to perform the following: Establishes appropriate IA framework including preparation of IA Charter, IA Plan and Schedule for NIUM Global and its entities. Supports Senior Management and the Board / Audit Committee (AC) in ensuring that Internal Audit is meeting its stated objective. Ensures that Internal Audit function is guided by its Vision, Mission, Philosophy, Objectives and Policies. Assist the Board / Audit Committee (AC) and Senior Management in balancing the Nium’s risk taking ability with its approved Risk Appetite to protect as well as enhance Corporate Value. Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Establish and communicate IA plan and methodology across the organization.
• Work with Senior Management to define appropriate role of IA in the organization.
• Assists Senior Management in communicating Internal Auditor role throughout the organization.
• Advise Management on Audit activities, schedule, and leading practices.
• Determine and implement an IA framework.
• Collaborate with the ERM function as a part of the BAU activities.
• Develop and communicate IA plans and activities.
