Office Manager (maternity cover)

Right now, we’re searching for an Office Manager for our Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?  The role:  As Office Manager Sweden (maternity cover), you will be responsible for the facility operational duties at the Swedish office’s, such as reception, events, facility services, maintenance etc., all operation that keeps the office running smoothly and based on set service levels, targets and strategies from People & Culture/Real Estate & Facility. The role is maternity cover until March 2025. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Follow policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the efficient and effective office management & operation of the facility.
• Follow and keep to budgets and finances, including preparing and tracking budgets, monitoring expenses, procure facility related products and services and making recommendations for cost savings.
