This key role plays a vital part in Normative's growth. You'll be the mastermind behind our Revenue Operations, ensuring efficient workflows and a seamless user experience across all revenue-generating activities. What you will do You'll be the go-to person for all things Revenue Operations. You'll bridge the gap between current state and future goals, leading the charge on process improvement and system implementation. Working autonomously with supportive leadership, you'll ensure Normative's compliance, provide strategic guidance, and implement best practices across the organization. In addition you will:

• Own Salesforce Administration, driving strategic implementation and ensuring compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize requirements, and define the path to process improvement.
