Summary We are seeking for a bright, dynamic, smart and outgoing Trainee Lawyer to support our Legal Department. Responsibilities

• Legal research on various corporate, commercial and European law issues
• Review and prepare contracts, including Confidentiality Agreements in both Greek and English
• Keeping abreast with legislation changes
• Draft, review and submit all required documents before the General Commercial Registry, applications for obtaining court certificates and all other documents that may be required
