Senior Project Manager - Medical Communications

Day to day, this role is responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of a portfolio of quality promotional medical education projects. This role establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders To be successful in this role, experience in the promotional medical education agency industry, specifically in HCP-focused content development, advisory board meetings, product theaters, speaker training meetings, and KOL executive encounters, is required. This role drives the overall project, including timeline milestones, owning or overseeing medical/legal/regulatory submission tasks, status reports, and recap development to management in a collaborative team environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing various projects in terms of overall scope, developing plans/timelines/budgets, and driving projects from inception through delivery
• Anticipating client needs and proactively addressing those needs with appropriate stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
