About the role

Demonstrate a deep understanding of banking processes, particularly in bank controlling.
Proficiency in funds transfer pricing and contribution margin calculation methodologies.
Possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems.
Utilize SAP modules effectively to support and optimize banking operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
Apply economic principles to analyze and enhance financial processes within the banking domain.
Demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of economic factors impacting the banking industry.
Ideally, possess hands-on experience with SAP Strategic Enterprise Management Profitability Analysis (SAP SEM PA).
Leverage SEM PA to contribute to developing and improving financial and profitability reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with users to understand business challenges and provide effective solutions.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure optimal utilization of SAP functionalities.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any financial-related degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in a similar role focusing on banking and SAP support.
