About the role

Join our team as a Talent Sourcer, make an effort to bring the best talent to our organization, and see how they thrive in our company. If you love talking to people, analyzing data, and being the first one to know what is going on in the job market - this is a place for you!

Your day-to-day:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and report market insights.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Github, etc).
  • Collaborate with Oxylabs Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines and expand your network for hiring needs.
  • Ensure that the compatible candidates are identified and clearly presented to the recruiter or hiring manager.
  • Supervise the maintenance of candidate databases and job ads.
  • Track and analyze sourcing data and report on performance.
  • Work on improving sourcing processes. , # Your skills & experience:
