We seek a super-driven and eager colleague to take our efforts to the next level. You will be a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership team, responsible for driving corporate initiatives, managing key projects, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organisation. Main tasks/responsibilities:

• Coordinate with advisors, legal, finance, and other relevant teams to execute the M&A transactions smoothly;
• Key stakeholder presentations and supporting analysis;
• Provide support for business decisions brought forward by leadership;
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's position and maximize shareholder value;
