Role Details****Type of Support: Email, chat and SMSContract Duration: Temporary - Up to 5 monthsWork schedule: To be determined; the hours of operations will range between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PMTraining Schedule: To be determinedWork type and Location: Hybrid in San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa - You are required to go to the office 2 timer per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) during the first 60-days of employmentExpected start date: April 11th, 2024

Providing excellent, friendly, and positive customer service via email, chat, and/or phone

Helping customers solve problems with strong troubleshooting, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills
</li>
<li>
Analyzing recurring customer issues and creating insight reports to help our Partners make their businesses better 
</li>
<li>
Savvy with web, computer, and smartphones
</li>
<li>
Able to work independently and collaboratively  
</li>
</ul>
What You Bring To The Table
<ul>
<li>
6 months or less of customer service experience: preferably supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
</li>
<li>
Excellent, friendly, and positive customer service via email, chat, or phone
</li>
<li>
Excellent English (spoken and/or written, C2 level)
</li>
<li>
Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and an ability to use challenging situations as an opportunity to exceed customer expectations
</li>
<li>
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - must be adaptable
</li>
<li>
Metrics-driven and proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
</li>
<li>
Strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament in challenging situations
</li>
<li>
Ability to follow guidelines and processes
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively  
</li>
