• 1. Incident Management:
•    - Provide timely resolution to production issues and incidents impacting financial systems and applications.
•    - Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
•    - Prioritize and escalate critical incidents to minimize business impact and ensure SLA compliance.
• 2. Monitoring and Maintenance:
•    - Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using monitoring tools and dashboards.
•    - Proactively identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure system stability.
